All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or delays, processing times may be extended. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.

If your package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number. You may also contact us for assistance.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
